Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement, provided the service hasn't started. To request a cancellation:

• Log in to your TechSMMPanel account
• Go to "Order History" section
• Find the order you wish to cancel
• Click on "Request Cancellation"
• Submit your cancellation request

We offer refunds in the following scenarios:

• Service not delivered within promised timeframe (48-72 hours)
• Technical issues from our end causing order failure
• Duplicate payment charged for same order
• Service quality significantly below promised standards

Note: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Orders partially delivered (drop in followers/subscribers)
• Change of mind after order processing
• Service delays due to third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Orders placed on wrong link/username
• Violation of our terms of service

For monthly subscriptions and packages:

• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• No cancellation fees
• Access continues until the end of current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time

If you disagree with our cancellation decision:

• Contact our support team for reconsideration
• Provide additional evidence if available
• Escalate to senior management if needed
• Final decision will be communicated within 48 hours
